All Winbox Game platform users are subject to the terms and conditions set out in this document, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form part of the overall agreement between you and us.

Each individual is only permitted to hold ONE (1) account at Winbox Game. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being terminated without any refund of remaining balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information, including your full name as per your identity card, an active Malaysian phone number and a valid email address. Winbox Game is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate registration details.

• Your account password is your personal responsibility – do not share it with anyone
• You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place through your account
• Report any unauthorised access to Winbox Game customer support immediately
• Keep your personal information up to date whenever changes occur

Winbox Game accepts deposits via the following local Malaysian payment methods:

Winbox Game only accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (RM/MYR). All deposits must originate from a legitimate source and belong to you personally. Winbox Game reserves the right to request proof of source of funds for any deposit deemed unusual.

Members may submit a withdrawal request at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: RM50 per request
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal
• Withdrawal method must match the deposit method used (unless otherwise approved)
• All applicable bonus rollover requirements must be met before any withdrawal can be processed

• Weekly cashback: 10% of net losses – no rollover required, credited every Monday
• Weekend free bet: RM50 – winnings subject to 3x rollover
• Bonuses may only be used on games specified in the applicable promotion terms
• Only one active bonus at a time — bonuses may not be combined unless otherwise stated

Winbox Game reserves the right to void any bonus obtained through conduct deemed to be promotional abuse, including but not limited to opening multiple accounts, arbitrage betting, or coordinating with other members to gain an unfair advantage from bonuses.

All sports bets on Winbox Game are processed at the odds displayed at the time the bet is accepted. Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is officially accepted by the system.

• Minimum bet: RM5 per single wager
• Parlay bets: minimum RM5, maximum 15 selections per bet
• In-play betting: odds are updated every 5 seconds — bets submitted during an odds change may be rejected or accepted at the new odds
• Official match results will be used to determine bet outcomes
• Winbox Game reserves the right to void any bet in the event of an obvious technical error in odds compilation
• Bets placed on postponed or cancelled matches will be fully refunded

For Malaysian Super League and EPL football betting, official results issued by the respective league governing body will be used. Any scores received during live coverage are for informational purposes only and do not constitute the final result.

All casino games, slots, and Poker offered on the Winbox Game platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) system that has been verified and audited by an independent third party. The RTP (Return to Player) value for each game is available in the respective game information.

• The results of all RNG games are final and cannot be disputed
• Any technical disruption during gameplay will be resolved based on Winbox Game's server records
• Live casino games with real dealers are subject to the specific rules of each game
• The use of automation software, bots, or any tools that provide an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited

Winbox Game applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to ensure the safety of all members and to comply with anti-money laundering requirements. KYC verification may be required in the following situations:

• First withdrawal from account
• Withdrawals exceeding RM5,000 within a 30-day period
